Refund & Exchange Policy – Oromark
All sales at Oromark are final. We do not provide cash refunds. However, you can exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached/uncut and in its original Oromark packaging.
Key points:
- If a price changes during a sale, exchanges will be processed at the current price.
- Items that have been used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
- Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- If a claim is accepted, a coupon of equal value will be issued, redeemable online only.
- Exchanges and claims may take 1–2 weeks for processing.
- Fragrances, accessories (jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, belts) cannot be exchanged.
- Discount codes applied to the original purchase cannot be reused on exchanged items.
- For COD orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance or security deposit may be required.
*Online Purchases Exchange Policy*
You have two options to exchange an online purchase within 14 days:
*Option 1 – Home Pickup*
- Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep.
- Service charge: PKR 290.
- To proceed, WhatsApp the following information to +92 309 9386514:
1. Name
2. Order number
3. New required product
4. Old product
5. Reason for exchange
- Attach a video of the old product showing tags attached/uncut and original condition.
- If you exchange the item again after the initial exchange, a fee of PKR 500 will apply.
*Option 2 – Courier to Oromark*
- This service is free of cost.
Send items via a traceable courier with tracking to the return address provided after contacting our support team at hello@oromark.co or +92 309 9386514.
- Include the following details in your package:
1. Name
2. Order number
3. New required product
4. Old product
5. Reason for exchange
- After inspection, the required product will be dispatched.

- Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price displayed on the website.
